We booked a tour to Tangier through Viator. Our flight from Porto to Lisbon was delayed and we missed the connection flight to Seville and also our tour. (That's worth another story. Do NOT ever fly with TAP Portugal ever again!) Naturanda stuff is so helpful that not only were we able to change to another tour the next day, but also they refunded the difference to us! The new tour to Ronda and White Villages turned out to be fantastic! The tour guide is knowledgeable, and friendly. She guided us through various sites when necessary and allowed time for us to walk around when appropriate. We will definitely book through viator and Naturanda whenever possible going forward. I highly recommend them for their service.
